Executive and Leadership Coaching

Whether you are a respected executive or senior leader, a leader transitioning into a new role, or an emerging leader looking to make the shift from doing to being, leadership coaching can support you by accelerating your integration and constantly challenging your thinking as you shift yourself, your team, and your organization towards high performance.

As an expert in the process of coaching and change, I bring a strategic approach to each coaching engagement.

Phase I: Understanding you and your environment

I will work with you to learn about your business context, your leadership challenges and opportunities and assess your personal strengths.

Phase II: Engaging organizational sponsorship

Gaining organizational sponsorship and outside perspectives provides additional insight and support as we work together towards helping you achieve your desired outcomes and success measures.

Phase III: Developing a coaching plan

Creating a clear line of sight to your long term goals, designing actions and priorities that align to your outcomes and engaging in regular 1:1 coaching sessions contributes to success and personal development.

Phase IV: Evaluating impact

At the end of each engagement, I want you and your organization to assess the impact of the coaching and reflect on the stated success measures.

The challenge of being a leader and the case for leadership coaching:

Having time to think is a rare commodity in today’s workplaces.  We are now in the Data Economy where the rate of information being generated is speeding up. This results in a critical challenge for today’s leaders who are overloaded and feeling increasingly overwhelmed.
We chose to work with those leaders who understand how critical it is to pause and reflect so that a shift in thinking can occur.  Leaders who are established in their fields of discipline, at the top of their game and passionate about what they do.  They are willing to be vulnerable and enter into a different type of conversation.  A slower, more reflective conversation where they can explore multiple perspectives, unlock new ideas and insights and uncover new possibilities.
Facing oneself and challenging the status quo takes courage, compassion and a desire to identify and change old patterns of thinking.  Working with a coach as a thinking partner can help the leader tap into their resiliency and go back into the workplace resourced, renewed and well positioned to develop the leaders of tomorrow.

If you want to slow down in order to go faster, then give me a call for a complimentary 1:1 coaching session.
